(A) Thank you for your calling. This was(is) a correct(collect) call. If you want to call for the customer service, please pull(press) 7. You were(are) in the waiting list now. Please wait a time(second/minute/moment).

1. was-->is 打電話時都是現在式
2. correct 是『正確的』，這裡應是『付費的』，要填collect
3. pull--> press，pull是拉，這裡應填press the button(按鍵的『按』)
4. were-->are 同樣是時態的問題，應選現在式
5. 沒有wait a time的說法，等一下的英文表達有：Please hold./ Please hold on./ Wait a second./ Wait a minute./ Wait a moment.


(B) Both of the brother(brothers) standing there is(are) my classmate(classmates). One is John, and he enjoys to swim(swimming) a lot. The other is Gary, and he is quite bored(boring). Most of the students hasn't(haven't) heard of them.

1. brother-->brothers，這種『其中之幾』的句型，最重要的是先將句子中的主要名詞找出來，例此句的主要名詞為brother兄弟，是可數名詞，於是主要名詞要加s。
2. is-->are，由於此句主要名詞為可數名詞，往前看Both of指的是『兩者都』，故主要名詞指的是『兩個兄弟都是..』，既然指的是兩個兄弟，這邊的Be動詞當然也要一致，改為複數的are。
3. classmate-->classmates，這種句子最要注意的是，從頭到尾都要一致。整句話是說站在那邊的兩個兄弟都是我的同班同學。既然主詞是兩個人，複數，故最後的『同學』classmate也要加s。
4.to swim--> swimming，有幾個動詞很常考他們後面會接『to+原形動詞』或『動名詞Ving』。例：enjoy喜愛、享受，practice練習。enjoy swimming，喜歡游泳。
5. hasn't-->haven't，這也是在考同學們對這種『其中之幾』句型的敏感度，看到Most of the students主要名詞為『大多數的學生』，表示為複數，後面的have助動詞，應該要用複數形的have。have+過去分詞表示『已經』之意，是現在完成式。這裡的haven't heard of them表示『從沒聽說過』。hear of表『聽說..』，hear聽的動詞三態為：hear, heard, heard.
